How Did this Happen? - "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" in Operation

You Know You're An Idiot When:
You can be conned by minor diversions while the economy is sold to the highest bidder

You know you're a demented hillbilly being sold down the river when:
20 round assault rifle magazines is your biggest concern in life
I read this article: "11 Ways You Know Your Country is Run By Idiots" on ZH yesterday and just ignored it at first. But then for some reason it was bothering me, and now I figured out why. This is essentially how we got to this lethal juncture. Minor political diversions were thrown in front of the Idiocracy like fresh meat while the economy was sold out the back door.

As long as rabid morons are willing to expend all of their outrage over whether or not they can buy a gallon of corn syrup for their kids, then everything that really matters will literally just spiral down the drain. If the majority of the country gets conned like this, then it's game fucking over.

Step 1: Create a Fake Political Agenda
Some of these "concerns" are so distorted that they're barely worth debating, but here are a few comments anyway:

1) Illegal Aliens: When will the Idiocracy finally realize that Illegal aliens exist merely as cheap labour slaves? Do they honestly think that if these people could not be exploited as berry pickers, lawn mowers, and house maids that they would still be in this country?

4) I would definitely put crazy Egyptians in the same camp as people who think that owning 20 round magazines is a "top 11" issue right now. It's only a matter of time before America's gun fetish melts down into history's largest mass shooting rampage. Something I'm sure the wingnuts are looking forward to I assume.

5) I agree that banning mega-sodas was a bad idea. They should have taxed those things into fucking oblivion so the rest of us are not subsidizing diabesity. While they are at it, they should sue the Frankenfood companies into oblivion as well, since they are literally killing our kids. The Soylent Idiocracy is being killed off in real-time by Frankenfood.

9) Hard work and success hasn't paid off in the U.S. for several decades. The hardest working people get paid the least. The dumbfucked narrative of the day is that this is all government's fault. Government's fault was looking the other way while the economy was sold into offshore bank accounts.

10) Minimal unemployment programs and foodstamps are merely anti-riot programs. If people are not going back to work it's largely because there is an over-abundance of below-poverty line McJobs and an acute shortage of real jobs with real benefits.

All of these "issues' are part of the political agenda of keeping the most important issues off of the table. Clearly, the Tea Party has ready answers to the above questions. But as far as the real questions such as why would we assume that any part of the status quo Ponzinomic economic program will work when it has failed disastrously so far - that question is strictly off limits. Because no active politician has an answer to that question and worse yet it puts their political donors in a very awkward light.

Rule #1 (2,3,4,5...):
Never question trickle down Ponzinomics and Globalization

There are only two kinds of people right now - those who see the problem and those who are the fucking problem.
