Pretending Is A Full-time Job Now

Unfortunately, you can't save something that doesn't exist

Sure, some might say, "I really wasn't sure we could borrow our way out of a debt crisis".

Others may say:
"I didn't think the same people who created the crisis could get us out of it"

And the majority:
"That free money bailout for Wall Street really taught them a lesson"

2 + 2 = 5
But none of them will accept the logical conclusion arising from all of these asinine assumptions. Because that would obliterate the last strands of sanity they have left, and they can't afford it. Just pretending to be whatever avatar they are projecting into the social media Matrix, takes all effort. Factoring in the inconvenient restrictions imposed by reality, is not part of the program.

Now, the vast majority are looking away, uniformly incapable of facing the freight train of reality.

Bad idea.
